A 5-minute daily prompt to name what you're carrying and find your ground
Daily Check-In
What is your anxiety about today — and what does it actually need?
Not "what is worrying you." What is the worry asking for?
Use these to go deeper:
- On a scale of 1–10, how anxious do I feel right now? What does that number feel like in my body?
- What's the specific fear underneath the surface anxiety? If I follow the worry to its core, what am I actually afraid of?
- Is this worry about something I can control, influence, or neither? What would it mean to accept the limit of my control here?
- What would I tell a close friend who came to me with this exact worry?
- What do I need in the next hour? (Not the next year — just the next hour.)
